*If an odd, line, or handicap is incorrect due to an error, mistake, or system failure, any bets placed on that line will automatically be deemed void.
Basketball games must reach:
A baseball game becomes official for money line wagering purposes after 4 1/2 innings if home team is winning, or 5 innings if visiting team is winning. Totals and Run lines will have No Action.
For run lines and game totals (over/under), a baseball game becomes official after 8 1/2 innings if home team is winning, or 9 innings if visiting team is winning.
Doubleheader games are typically scheduled for 9 innings. However, if a doubleheader game is officially scheduled for 7 innings (per MLB or league rules), the game will be considered official after 7 innings of play (6½ innings if the home team is ahead). This applies to Moneyline, Total Runs (Over/Under), and Run Line wagers. (No 1st 5 innings lines will be offered on 7-inning games).
Games must go full 5 innings, or 4.5 if the home team is in the lead to qualify as an official game.
After the 5th inning, if an inning is not played to completion, then the score will revert to the previously completed inning unless the home team is leading.
If a standard 9-inning game is scheduled to be played but, before starting, it’s announced it will be shortened to a 7-inning game, then all bets will be null on the original betting lines.
Wagers will also be nullified in the opposite circumstance: a game programmed for 7-innings but switched to 9-innings.
In both cases, bets can be placed once the new odds are put up.
Listed Pitchers must start. A wager where Listed Pitchers is specified means that both Listed Pitchers must start the game or wagers are void.
Single specified Pitcher. A wager where a single Pitcher is specified means that specified Pitcher must start the game or wagers are void.
Action. Wagers are Team A vs. Team B and not reliant on Pitchers. Odds will change based on the new Pitcher.
All wagers are Action unless otherwise explicitly stated.
Wagers are not dependent on starting pitchers
If a pitching change occurs, all wagers remain valid
Odds may change based on lineup or pitching updates, but the original wager stands at the confirmed price
Postponed games must be finished, with an official winner, within these time frames:
MLB: By 5 am (in the respective time zone where the game is played).
NCAA, Softball and International Leagues: Within 36 hours of the scheduled start time. The venue where the game is resumed doesn’t matter.
We do not acknowledge postponed games, protests, or reversed decisions for betting purposes. As long as the game starts (first pitch thrown before midnight in the local time) on the scheduled day, all wagers have action. If bad weather (or similar setbacks) delays the start time past midnight local time, but the game is still contested, all bets will have action.
For full game wagers to have action, the game must get to official game time with a winner confirmed by 5 am (in the stadium’s time zone).
If a game is suspended and is not finalized by 5 am, all wagers on the full game will be null and stakes reimbursed. This applies to games that were suspended either before start time, or games suspended during play time.
This rule is invalid during the postseason. All playoffs bets have action as long as the game is finished within 30 days from the originally scheduled date.
All bets placed on markets that already had outcomes determined will have action.
For any baseball game that extends into extra innings, and is postponed or suspended during said extra innings, the wagers will have action if:
The league decides the result at the point of suspension is official.
The game is resumed and finalized by 5 AM (MLB) or in the next 36 hours (NCAA, International & Softball).
Examples:
The score of an MLB game is 10-5 in the top of the 11th inning, with the visiting team leading the scoreboard. The game is suspended, and the MLB determines this score will stand as the final result. All bets placed will have action.
An NCAA game is suspended in the 10th inning, with the score tied 5-5. The NCAA then confirms that the game will be resumed in 6 days. All bets become null since the game won't be finished within 36 hours of the postponement.
Run Lines are the baseball version of the point spread bets. The Run Line adds runs to the underdog. E.g. +1.5 or takes runs from the favorite. E.g -1.5
ALL RUN LINE WAGERS ARE ACTION BETS:
Run Line bets are official after 8.5 innings played if the home team is on the lead, or after 9 full innings if the visiting team is leading.
On the majority of games, there are alternative Run Lines as well, where the favorite is -2.5 runs and the exact same rules are followed.
You can bet on the over/under for the total of runs scored by both sides combined.
ALL TOTAL PLAYS ARE ACTION:
Bets on the totals are official after 8.5 innings if the home team is on the lead, or after 9 full innings if the visiting team is leading.
In betting, the first half of a baseball game sets from the start of the game until the end of the 5th inning.
The second half is counted from the top of the 6th inning until the last pitch is thrown.
If a game goes into extra innings, all runs scored after the 9th inning will count towards the second half bets.
All first-half bets will have action once the game has 5 innings finished (4.5 if the home team is ahead). If a game is stopped before completing 4.5 or 5 innings, bets will be null unless the game is continued and finished within 36 hours of the originally scheduled start time.
In little leagues, high school and college baseball, there is a mercy rule that states that a game is finished if a team is leading by a very large gap at a specific point in the game.
In case that the mercy rule is used, games are acknowledged as completed for betting purposes, and all bets on moneylines, totals and Run Lines will have action.
Game 1 will always be the first game played, and Game 2 will be the game after. In the case that only one game is finished within the 36-hour time span, the game that was completed will always be regarded as Game 1, and all the wagers on Game 2 will become null.
Any wagers on Game 2 will only have action if the two games are played by the same teams inside the 36-hour time span. E.g: A day/night double-header is on the schedule. The earlier starting game is postponed due to rain, and only the later game is played. Bets on Game 1 will apply to the game that gets completed, and bets on Game 2 will be reimbursed.
In the event that a double-header game is scheduled for 7 innings (like it happened in the 2020 MLB season), it must go 7 innings (6.5 if the home team is leading) for wagers to have action and games must be finished, with a winner confirmed:
MLB: By 5 am (in the venue’s time zone).
NCAA, International Leagues & Softball: Inside 36 hours of the original start time, regardless of the stadium.
In case that one of the selections is void, a tie or no action in a parlay, the parlay will regress to the lower level payoff. This doesn’t apply to a two team parlay, where a tie goes back to a straight bet.
This is a bet consisting on the Over/Under of a team's total winning percentage for the regular season.
The team must play at least 50 games for bets on season winning percentage to have action.
These kinds of bets do not include any postseason games; they’re exclusive to regular season only.
Bets will have action as long as 50 games have been played at least; a team does not have to play all its scheduled regular-season games, as long as they get to the 50-game limit.
The winning percentage shown at the end of the regular season on www.mlb.com will be the one used for official grading purposes.
Bets on baseball series are based on the first three games completed of each series.
At least two of the first three games of the series must be completed for bets to have action.
If only one of the first three games is postponed, or canceled, series bets stand as written.
If two of the first three matchups are postponed, or canceled, all bets on that series will be classified as No Action and will be reimbursed.
A called game will be acknowledged as a series bet, provided it is officially stated as a regulation game. The 9 inning rule does not apply.
If a baseball team changes its name, future bets placed before the name change will not be affected and will keep having action. This applies to any segment of the name being modified (mascot/logo or the city/region).
For example, if a wager is placed on a team to win the championship, and that team announces that they will use a new mascot before the season starts, the bet stands.
This also applies to location changes if they happen, such as a team moving their home games to a new venue for either a part of or the entire season. In this case, future bets on that team will have action and this is not to be confused with a stadium being modified for an individual game, in which case the different rules apply and non-future bets might be nullified.
Future wagers that cover these rules include (but are not restrained to) teams to win a division, conference, or championship, team season win totals, and individual player awards and statistical achievements.
Management reserves the right to update any baseball rules, nullify, or revoke bets at its discretion in case of a dispute regarding any misfortunes caused by a force majeure.
All match markets are based on the result at the end of a scheduled 90 minutes play unless otherwise stated. This includes any added injury or stoppage time but does not include extra-time, time allocated for a penalty shootout, or golden goal.
Soccer games may have either a Single Handicap or a Double Handicap.
Single Handicap: This bet type is similar to a bet on the spread in football and basketball.
For example:
PSG -1 -130
Bayern +1 +110
If PSG wins the match by two goals or more, PSG bettors win and Bayern bettors lose. If the match is drawn or if Bayern wins, Bayern bettors win and PSG bettors lose. If PSG wins by exactly one goal, all bettors receive a refund.
Double Handicap: This bet type splits a wager into two bets, each with the same moneyline, but at a different single handicap.
For example:
PSG -1¼ -115
Bayern +1¼ -105
A client who risks $100 on PSG actually has two separate bets on PSG: $50 on PSG -1 at -115 and $50 on PSG -1.5 at -115.
A client who risks $50 on Bayern actually has two separate bets on Bayern: $25 on Bayern +1 at -105 and $25 on Bayern +1.5 at -105.
Money line wagers have three outcomes, you can pick either of the teams to win, or you can pick a draw, all bets placed on either of the teams will be graded as losers in case the game finishes as a draw.
Team A
Team B
Draw
Wagers on the first half of a soccer match include 45 minutes of play plus any stoppage time added by the referee at the end of the first half. If the first half is not completed, wagers shall be void and stakes returned.
Team to Kick-Off refers to betting on which team will kick-off the Event.
Single Team Over/Under means a bet on the number of goals scored by any one team in a match.
Clean Sheets means betting “Yes” on a team to keep a clean sheet ( not to concede a goal) or “No” on a team not to keep a clean sheet (to concede a goal).
This refers to betting on a penalty being awarded and taken during a match.
Correct Result means betting to predict the final score at the end of full-time.
Half-time/Full-time means betting to predict both the Half-time result and Full-time result of an Event.
Every effort will be made to quote the first/last/anytime player to score odds for all possible participants. However, players not originally quoted will count as winners should they score the first/last goal.
Injury time means the extra playing time added on to compensate for the time spent attending to injured players during the match.
The following options are available:
For proposition bets concerning home vs. away goals on a specific day in a specific league/competition, the exact number of matches must be played on that day and wagers will be decided based on two halves of 45 minutes each and any time the referee adds to compensate for injuries and other stoppages. Goals scored in periods of extra time or penalty shootouts do not count.
In the case of a tie for the "Top goal scorer" proposition, the most number of assists from a player will be used as the first tiebreaker. If there is still a tie, then the least minutes played will be used as the second tiebreaker.
In the case of a tie for the "Top Team goalscorer" proposition, the most number of assists from a player will be used as the first tiebreaker. If there is still a tie, then the least minutes played will be used as the second tiebreaker.
In the case of a tie for the "Highest Scoring Group" proposition, the lowest number of goals received by the teams in that specific group will be used as the first tiebreaker. If there is still a tie, then the Dead-Heat rule will apply.
A dead-heat is where two or more participants finish the event in a tied position; any bets on these participants are settled according to dead-heat rules. For example, if three participants contest first position in an event, all bets placed on any of the three participants are settled as winners at a third of the stake (risk amount) at the full odds quoted.
When wagering on proposition bets (props) for major golf tournaments, any outcome that results in a tie between two or more participants will be settled using dead heat rules.
In such cases, the total stake will be divided equally by the number of tied participants, and payouts will be calculated based on the adjusted stake at the original odds.
FAQ
Are singles (‘at least’) markets paid as a winner if the player exactly hits their target?
Single player performance bets (as opposed to over/under) are paid as winners if your player hits their target or more. For example, a target of 20+ would be a winner if the player scored 20 or more points.
What happens in a Head to Head in the event of a tie?
The bet is marked as a push/draw.
Can I combine my bets into a parlay?
Yes! Just add multiple selections into the betslip and you can bet on all of them to win at the price offered for the combined bets. Note that parlays may not be offered for some bet combinations.
How are odds calculated for same-game parlays?
A same-game parlay bet includes multiple bet legs from the same game. Odds for these bets are calculated slightly differently from standard parlays to account for the observed correlation between bet legs. As a result, payouts, where correlations are deemed to exist, will likely be lower than the true odds calculation of a parlay bet with no correlations.
For Accumulators (parlays), what happens if there is a single remaining bet leg?
Accumulators will be voided and stakes returned if all bet legs are voided except for one remaining bet leg. For example, if you have a 2-leg accumulator and one of the bets is voided, the entire accumulator is voided no matter if the remaining bet leg wins or loses.
For pre-canned/pre-built parlays, what are the settlement rules?
Our "pre-canned" or "pre-built" accumulators are packaged as a Single bet selection but they follow the same settlement rules as standard user-built accumulators.
When will bets be resulted?
All player bets are resulted as soon as we receive the final official box score from our statistic providers, and this process can take anywhere from 15-45 minutes from the conclusion of the game; it just depends on how long it takes for box scores to be finalised.
What happens if one of my players does not participate?
Single bets will be voided. Accumulators (parlays) that are custom built by users may still be resulted if the remaining legs are considered valid according to our rules.
What happens if one of my players does not start the game?
If a player was not in the starting lineup for Baseball and Soccer, the bet will be voided. For Ice Hockey, if a goalie does not start the game, the bet will be voided. For Basketball and American Football, the bet has action as long as the player participates in the game regardless of whether they started.
What happens if my player retires from the game (e.g. injury/illness)?
Bets will be action IF the player was deemed to have participated in the game according to our rules before retiring (see "What happens if one of my players does not participate / What happens if one of my players does not start the game / For Tennis, what happens when there is a walkover or a mid-match retirement").
What happens if the game is cancelled, postponed, abandoned, or if the venue changes (Player Markets)?
(i) If a game is cancelled or postponed before starting and does not resume the same day, then all player prop bets will be voided; (ii) If the venue is changed from the one scheduled before starting, all player prop bets on the match will stand provided the game is played on the original scheduled date, and the home team is still designated as such. (iii) If the game has started but is then cancelled, abandoned, or postponed and does not get completed within 36 hours of the originally scheduled start time (local time), then all pending player prop bets that haven’t already been settled based on an outcome being unequivocally determined during the game will be voided (please note the only leagues that have player bets settled in-running are NBA, NFL, NHL, WNBA and MLB).
Is extra time included?
Basketball - all overtime is included in settlement. American Football - all overtime is included in settlement. Baseball - all extra innings are included in settlement. Ice Hockey - all overtime is included in settlement but does not include penalty shootouts. Soccer - Game markets settled at 90 minutes. Player markets (including goals) includes extra time but not penalties.
What are the settlement rules?
At the conclusion of each game, we receive the final box score from the statistics provider, which is then used to settle all bets. From time to time, the final box scores are revised after being released (please note this happens a lot more frequently for soccer than it does for our other sports coverage). If this occurs, then the player scores will not be updated and settlement will not be revised. The only time a correction to settlement will be made is if the error was caused by a problem with the data feed or the settlement process.
For over/under bets, what happens when player's final score equals their set line?
The bet is marked as a push/draw and the wager will be refunded to user.
Treatment of in-play bets on known outcomes
If the outcome of a market is already determined, any bets placed on that market will be void, regardless of whether the bet would have won, lost, or pushed. This specifically applies to in-play betting on player props where there might be a delay in score updates from our feed provider. Bets may also be voided if a retroactive review shows the odds and/or line bet on was mispriced as a result of a delayed score update from our feed provider.
What happens in a 1v2 head to head bet?
Player A must score more than Player B and Player C for the bet to win. In the event of a tie, the bet is marked as a push/draw.
What happens in a 1v3 head to head bet?
Player A must score more than Player B, Player C and Player D for the bet to win. In the event of a tie, the bet is marked as a push/draw.
What are settlement rules for "MOST IN GROUP" and "FIRST TO" Markets?
a) If two or more selections tie with the highest score in 'most in group' market, then each of those selections will be graded as a win. b) If one or more selections in a 'most in group' market does not participate in the event, these selections only will be voided, and the rest will be graded as per normal. c) Soccer specific rule: If a selection in a 'most in group' or 'first to' market does not start on the field, these selections will be voided. d) Basketball - First To: (i) if the player selected did not start on the court, the bet will be voided; (ii) if the player that achieves the First [stat] in the game was not offered as a selection, then all bets on this market will get voided.
What are the US sports data sources?

What is the data source for Euroleague basketball?
euroleaguebasketball.net
I have a void selection, what happens to my bet?
For single bets, your stake will be returned. For accumulators (parlays), the overall bet will be settled based on the outcomes of the remaining valid bet legs and the odds will also be recalculated to factor in the voided bet leg(s). If one bet leg remains in an accumulator (parlay), the wager will be voided.
For Baseball, how many innings must be played?
a) Player Bets - if a definitive outcome for a player bet can be determined during the game, it will be settled as win/loss no matter how many innings are played. For all other player markets that have an undetermined outcome, the game must go at least 8.5 innings for bets to stand; otherwise, these bets will be voided. b) Game Props - if the game is called early and less than 8.5 innings has been played, then the following game prop markets will be voided (“will there be extra innings”, “team with most hits”, “total hits”, “a hit every inning”, “a run scored every inning”, “perfect game”, “blown save in game”, “either pitcher to throw a no-hitter”). All other game prop markets will be settled as per normal. c) Game Markets - if the game is called early and less than 8.5 innings has been played, then the following game markets will be voided (“handicap win”). “Total Runs” will be graded win/lose if the over is achieved, otherwise the market will void. All other game markets will be settled as win/lose.
For American Football, what is the definition of the Touchdowns statistic?
A touchdown is credited to any player who carries or receives the ball in the end zone (i.e. on a passing touchdown, the receiver is credited with a touchdown). Passing Touchdowns are in a separate market.
For American Football, what are the settlement rules for the First Touchdown Scorer market?
The winning selection for this market will always fall into one of four categories: 1. Listed offensive player - i.e. where the player who scored first was listed as an individual selection. 2. Team Defense - i.e. where the player who scored first was playing on defense for the listed team when they scored. Please note that Defense does not include touchdowns scored by Special Teams. 3. No Touchdown Scorer - i.e. where no touchdown is scored in the game. 4. Any other player - i.e. where the player who scored first does not fit into either of the first two categories. If this occurs, all bets will be voided.
For American Football, how is player total Tackles calculated?
Our player tackles markets are settled based on total tackles which is the sum of solo + assisted tackles.
For Soccer, how does the Handicap Result market work?
The handicap is applied to the final result of the match and the team with the most goals after the handicap has been applied will be the winner. Handicap draw is also an option in the alternative handicap markets meaning if the game is a draw after the handicap is applied, then this is the winning selection. This example shows how each bet is considered a winner: Team A (-1.0) - this selection wins if they win by 2 goals or more. Handicap Draw (1.0) - this selection wins if Team A wins by exactly 1 goal. Team B (+1.0) - this selection wins if the game ends in a draw or Team B wins the match.
For Baseball, what happens when there is a late change to the starting pitcher?
All bets will be action regardless of the starting pitcher. However, if an individual pitcher does not start the game, then all of this player’s markets will be voided.
For Tennis, what happens when there is a walkover or a mid-match retirement (e.g. injury/illness)?
All markets including Match Winner (To Win) will be voided; except when at least 1 set is played, markets specific to First Set will be action.
For Soccer, how does the First Goalscorer market work?
The player that scores the first goal of the game is credited as the winner. If the first goal is an own goal, the entire market is voided. If no goal is scored in the match, the entire market is voided. If the player bet on does not start the match, the bet will be voided. If the first goalscorer was not listed, all listed players will be settled as loss.
For Soccer, how is the Total Cards market settled?
Yellow cards count as 1, red cards count as 2. The maximum card count per player is 3 (for example, 2 yellow cards and a red card to the same player equals 3). Cards shown to non-players (e.g. managers, substitutes or substituted players who play no subsequent part in the game) do not count towards the total.
For Hockey, what are the settlement rules for the First Goalscorer market?
The player that scores the first goal of the game is credited as the winner. If no goal is scored in regulation or overtime, the entire market is voided. The shootout period is not included in this market. If the player bet on does not play in the game, the bet will be voided. If the first goalscorer was not listed, all listed players will be voided.

The longest reception / rush / completion (length in yards) by the nominated player. If the player participates in the game but does not record a reception / rush / completion, then the winning selection will be under.
This bet is graded as a win if the team wins every quarter in the game outright (i.e. the bet loses as soon as one or more quarters are drawn or lost by the selected team).
The NFL considers opening kickoffs part of the first drive. So a fumble or a touchdown on the first kickoff is considered the first drive of the game.
This market excludes overtime and is settled based on the score at the end of regulation.

Was the first shot attempt in the game scored or not. If the first shot attempt results in a foul and that same shot attempt is missed, then the bet result is a push. If the first shot results in a foul and the shot attempt was made, then the bet result is a win. For the avoidance of doubt, this market's settlement does not include any free throw attempts made or missed.
